Elephant's Foot

I found this plant last fall and could not identify it. Through the help of a friend who knows "everything" about native plants of Texas I have found it's name. Thanks Belinda!!
The botanical name of this little plant is Elephantopus Carolininous.

Elephant's Foot blooms in mid-summer thru fall. It's blooms are small and are purple, pink or sometimes white. They grow in the deep South, usually found in Piney Woods areas. It is a perinneal.
