"Baby, it's Cold Outside!"

I did not take this picture, it was shared by a friend who follows my blog. It is so cute. Even though animals live in the wild and are equipped to adapt to weather changes, they still get cold and hungry.
We are expecting snow this week so we are laying in supplies for our wildlife. Not everyone has as much wildlife as we do, but feed whatever you have.

Squirrels LOVE sunflower seeds and bird seeds as well. Songbirds love small seeds and your larger birds will eat sunflower seeds as well as larger types of bird seed. We keep corn out for our deer and apples for the foxes and raccoons. Take care of your critters, they give us so much pleasure and are our neighbors.
"Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil: my cup runneth over."
Psalm 23:5

i know they are equipped for the cold, as you say, but because i dislike being cold, i feel sorry for them, too! i feed them, too, although i don't have as many visitors as you and harvey. i think we are repaid by the show they put on for us!
