"Golden Poppy"

I found this growing in a ditch near our home. I have never seen it here before. I researched it and found a site that called it "Mexican Golden Poppy", but other sources of information showed it as a yellow poppy with different foliage. This is like the Golden Poppy that grows in California, which is where I was born. (I do consider myself a Texan, though, as I have lived most of my life here.

At any rate, this is very beautiful and was quite a find for me. It has a wonderful sweet fragrance.
