This is in my garden. I planted seeds early spring and this is my first bloom.
Cosmos grow native in Mexico, Central and South American and Paraguay.
There are approximatelly 26 species of this plant and the colors vary from white to pink, purples , orange and even a dark red one. They grow abou 4-5 ft. tall and have very fine, lacey like leaves.

Very pretty color. This is such a great picture. I'm really glad you put these pictures up for everybody to see. Titus sends his love and hugs--and he is really missing the fish!!!
