We have zillions of little Geckos. I do not like them, they rate right up there with snakes as far as I am concerned. They will not hurt you, but can make you hurt yourself.
The Geckos live in and around plants and feed off of insects. I have large ferns on my deck and they are full of baby lizards in summer.
This guy was basking in the warm sunshine on my deck by my flowers.
He posed quite nicely for a picture and didn't even try to sell me any car insurance!!!
If you click on picture for closer view you will see is quite a handsome fellow, as far as lizards go.

i'll take the gecko over the spider anytime!
I'm still recovering from the little dude who wanted to go home with me last year. Got in my car & refused to get out. I knew the car was not getting in gear until the gecko was out. I thought Harvey was going to have to get the shotgun after him....
