Beautiful Damselfly

You have to click on picture and look in center to see this beautiful one. There were dozens flying around a creek bed, but I could not get very close to them. They were a bright neon blue-green color with black wings. They almost seemed to glow in the sunlight. Hopefully, you can get a good look at him. So beautiful.!!

Damselflies are different from Dragon flies because of the position of their wings. When perched, Damselfly wings are together, Dragonfly wings are outstretched.
