Evening Star Rain Lilies

Evening Star rain lilies pop up 2-3 days after a rain. They are very beautiful and delicate. Lilies grow about 12" tall with 1 3/8" flowers.
They are found in spring, but their peak bloom time is in the fall when rains come and weather begins to cool. Another name is Drummond's Lily, after a Scottish botanist, Thomas Drummond (1790-1835) who studied and collected plants in North America. It is found throughout the U.S. but is very prominent in Texas.
