The Friendly Ladybug

With tiny wildflowers already beginning to bloom, insects are appearing as well.

Not all insects are bad for your flowers and plants. The ladybugs eat lice, whiteflies and aphids. When protecting your garden from insects, you need to be careful and not harm this pretty little bug, it's "friendly" to your garden.

Some garden centers and nurseries sell little packs of ladybugs to put into your garden to keep it protected from harmful insects. Using "nature friendly" insect protection also allows you to have many butterflies that would otherwise be killed by insecticides.

"HE spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts. And did eat up all their herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground."

Psalm 105:31, 35
