Red Sky in the Morning

My father served in the Navy in World War II on the U.S.S. Enterprise. He used to tell me that the sailors had a saying about the sunrises and sunsets: Red sky in the morning....sailor take warning, red sky at night...sailor's delight.
This beautiful sky this morning reminded me of him. Red sky --- bad weather is on it's way tonight and tomorrow.
"When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather today: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?"
Matthew 16: 2-3
