The deer came early yesterday evening to feed. It was very cold and they were happy to find the feeder full of corn.
They have put on their winter coats now and have changed in color. Early this morning there were 6 in our yard, they were so beautiful on the frosty leaves. When they saw me they threw up their white tails and ran into the woods. Their tails provide a warning sign to others that danger is near. They were very "bushy tailed" this morning. Ha!
