Rose Vervain

Member of Vervain Family
Blooms: February - June
Rose Vervain grows in rocky, sand soils along road banks, fields, prairies and open woodlands.
It is one of the showiest Verbenas, frequently forming larges masses of flowers and having a very sweet fragrance. It is very rich in nectar and is heavily used by early butterflies and bees. Click on the picture and see what beautiful little flowers these are.
